Our popular Early Bird and Fun Clubs provide child care before and after school. Both clubs are staffed by our Teaching Assistants and Midday Supervisors so that the children are looked after by familiar faces.
Early Bird Club is available from 8.00am until 8.45am and is £3.00 per child.
Early Bird Club is run by at least 2 school staff. The club will maintain a minimum staffing ratio of 1:8 for children.
Activities at the Early Bird Club give children a range of play opportunities as well as providing them with resources which are appropriate to the interests and ages of the children attending. These may include supervised use of ICT facilities, crafts, play etc.
Fun Club hours currently run after school until 6.00pm Monday to Thursday, and 5.15pm on Fridays.
The pricing structure for Fun Club is as follows:
Activities at the Fun Club give children a range of play opportunities as well as providing them with resources which are appropriate to the interests and ages of the children attending. These may include supervised use of ICT facilities, cooking, crafts, play etc.
A snack and drink are served during Fun Club.
Children may go on to Fun Club from other after school clubs (eg Football).
Both Early Bird Club and Fun Club are on a first come, first served basis.
Parents must book places at Early Bird Club and Fun Club in advance so that we can ensure the correct level of supervision is available. Places may be cancelled 48 hours in advance with no penalty.
No refund will be made for places cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
