Emergency Closures

Adverse weather

Adverse weather impacts on health and safety, and local decisions are based on local conditions. Whilst we do our very best to keep our school open, we see the health and safety of our pupils and staff as our first priority.
However, in the event of severe weather that makes travel for you or the staff hazardous, we will let you know via ParentMail, text and/or email, as well as through our website, the cascade system or via local radio.

After School Club Cancellation

In the event of worsening weather conditions or other situations occurring during the school day, the school may be required to close early, and to cancel after school clubs, including Fun Club. We will always endeavour to give you as much warning as possible that this might occur.

Again, you will be notified by ParentMail, text message and/or email. We may also contact you by telephone, if necessary.
